Milan-Malpensa Airport is Italy's second-largest international airport, handling over 21 million passengers in 2022. Located 30 miles north-west of Milan's city centre, the airport features three terminals and hosts flights to over 180 destinations across Europe, Asia, North America and Africa. The airport complex includes extensive cargo facilities that process around 500,000 tons of freight annually, making it Italy's leading cargo airport.
