Telephone orders
We are happy to take orders over the telephone. For telephone orders, please call us on 0845 2342471 between 10am-5pm (UK time), Monday to Friday. Make sure you have your payment and order details to hand! If you’re calling from overseas, please remember the time difference and dial +44 1480 377477.

Fax orders
If you’re paying by credit card you can fax your order to us on 0845 2342472. Please be sure to include all your details (see the Post section below for what we need) and include a clearly marked e-mail address or daytime telephone number in case any part of the fax is illegible. If sending a fax from overseas then please dial +44 1480 377478.

Orders by post
Please state clearly which items you wish to order and enclose your credit card number, expiry date, security number (that’s the last three digits in the signature box on the back) and/or the issue number or ‘valid from’ date if using Switch. Or you can enclose a cheque (£ Sterling only) payable to Mastertronic Group Ltd. Don’t forget to include your home address and a daytime telephone number, just in case there is a query! If you need to request new installation codes for your download purchase from Just Flight, please run the program you wish to install and select the automatic unlock option. At the point where you are prompted to insert your codes, please enter your email address into the "Lost your unlocking code?" section to request your details. Your current codes will then be emailed to you.
